On July 19th, I underwent an abortion. From then on, I have had some vaginal blood clots. I am experiencing pain in the hips area, as well as loss of appetite. My head hurts and I feel fatigued all the time. There is a nagging pain on both sides of my lower abdomen. I often feel the urge for bowel movement but nothing comes out.
