我既電腦上網問題!!!

首先在開始 > 設定 > 控制台 > 新增或移除程式裡看看你是否安裝了ie7, 若安裝了先移除它，重新開機後，嘗試重新安裝ie6，方法如下:

先放入 Windows XP 安裝光盤在光盤機，然後在〔開始〕→〔執行〕
→鍵入
rundll32.exe setupapi,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 %windir%\Inf\ie.inf
看看問題有否解決，若想安裝ie7，可到下列網址下載：

若問題仍沒解決，嘗試安裝防毒軟件掃毒：

可能有兩個原因引致,
1)中毒,
2) IE 有問題

解決:
1) 用Mozilla Firefox 3.0.1 來代替 IE

2) 安 antivirus & spyware 來scan下有無毒
