In future, please be cautious about the proper adjustment between the cost and the measurement/weight at each shipment, with you professional shippping knowledge.
If the measurement (cbm)/weight is under minimum, please consult us prior to shipment to avoid the un-necessary loss on freight charges between you and our customers.
You are required to pay attention on the following points.
1) In case of shipment by sea-freight, the measurement/weight should be more than 1 cbm for every bill of lading, otherwise you need to get our approval before effecting shipment.
2) In case of air delivery in small measurement/weight, please consult both the forwarders and courier services to make a comparision on the total cost. The main purpose is to take the total cost including the actual air-freight charges, handling fees, etc. whichever is less.
