This is a psychological problem.some people has a fear that they will get fat, so they stop eating or eat very little, some even stop drinking water,

饜食症, is the sickness that people cannot eat much, because they don't want to get fat, or they are in stress, depression. They try to eat as little as possible and finally the body system shut down and cannot take any food. Once your body system totally shut, then will get really sick and died.
