Holders of Hong Kong SAR, BNO, Macau-Portuguese, and Macau SAR passports are allowed visa-free entry for a stay not exceeding seven (7) days under the foregoing conditions.

Requirments for visa:
Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines
Duly accomplished application form (available here or at the Philippine Consulate)
Company leave letter or any other proof of employment
Proof of financial capacity (e.g. bank statement for covering the preceding three months, credit card statement, proof of possession of properties in Hong Kong, proof of possession of share of stocks)
Confirmed return or onward flight
Personal appearance, especially for first time applicants in Hong Kong
Passport photo taken within the last three (3) months
Other pertinent documents (e.g. copy of business registration certificate, hotel reservation, guarantee letter from reference in the Philippines, identification papers/ passport/immigration documents, name and address of guarantor in the Philippines
