遲交商業登記費, 出信免罰款

遲左交商業登記費用, 而家先收到通知交錢同罰款, 佢話出罰款信之前會再寄多張通知信... 但我真係無收到~
佢話可以出信俾佢地申請括免罰款o既, 但唔一定批~ 你地知唔知點寫先會易批d ?
同埋有冇信o既 samples 睇睇呢?

Dear Sir,
I would like to advise you that I haven't received the new Business Registration Certificate for payment until now as (reason for not receiving, if any) and would like to ask for your waiving of the pentalty for late payment. I would pay immediately once the total amount to be paid is finalised, with the issue of a fresh, or otherwise, Business Registration Certificate.
Thank you for your kind attention and assitance in this matter.
