One suggestion:Wai Tsing Sports Association
One lesson per week $170/ $250 for 7 lessons (depends on your standard)
every sunday 4:15pm - 5:45pm @ Tsuen Wan Wu Chung Swimming pool
you can join their courses if you can swim 25m in whatever style!
