我想問如何不怕以英語與外國人談話?

I go to school in England personally and I always speak in english to them.

Basically, they won't laugh at you if you can't speak good english. They know that you have just started speaking english at all time so they will teach you and help you learn. The more you speak, more fluent you will be. After a while, you will just speak english automatically and think in english as well. You can just go for it and if you have chance, go and speak more to your friends who are alright at english. You can also join an english oral class to improve your basica english speaking because everyone in your class will be beginner and the teacher is normally fluent in english so it will be a good chance to learn.
