表示一個不確定的數量或數目的any，是可以與不可數名詞或複數可數名詞連用如：Is there any water in that can?
Are there any letters for me?
至於解疑問的question和解作問題的problem都是可數名詞，故要用複數形

Right, you do not need to put an “s” for the word after “any”. This is because “any” is either a question or a phrase that do not have any presumption on whether there will be “any”. The answer can be “none” or “some”. So we do not need an “s”.
