Nutrition can make You Fat. How?
we know there are three basic nutrition - carbohydrate, fat, and protein.
fat is most unlikely to make you fat, confused, right?
your body burns nutrition to energy, but your body always burn those less complex, like carbohydrate and protein, and leave fast at last.
But if you are full, your body will store what remain as FATs.
Resulting that fats are always stored and not used. you absorb your energy from carbohydrate and protein - rice, bread, vegetables etc.
