[2] refund 解作「退款」, 比起用return更適合。

[3] exchange 解作「更換 」(一般服務性行業的條款中會見到此字, 比起用replace更好, 因為replace 解作「取代」, 尤指更換零舊件, 或者接替別人崗位/職位)

[4] 對客人用must, 語氣大重和不禮貌, 我建議你用 are requested to pay first∕Please pay first 較當。

If nothing in the box when you open it , we can return the money to you or give you a new one , but you have to pay money first .

If you find something wrong with the CD after unwrapping the package, either we refund, or you pay for a new one.

I think it shoud be
If there is nothing in the CD, when you open the box, we can return your money or new one, but you must pay the money first.

If the CD is out of order when you open the box, we can return your money or replace with a new one, but you have to pay the money first. Please understand.
