Dear Principal,I am writing to inform you that my son, XXX(class XXX), will be transfered to another school with effective from 1 Sep 2008. This is due to the new school's location and school coach arrangement is suitable for us.
I would like to appreciate you and all the teachers. In these 2 years, you had put so much effort on teaching my son.

Due to much concentrated instruction and the inducing step by step of every teacher of the child XXX (class leaves , the student number ) correctly over the past 2 years of your school, the child benefits a lot all one's life. Now it notify academic year transfer to Xin Yu the schools study in for XX , protect reason mother the cars can go to directly your school the children so, now it it is hereby announced your school will leave school the children at September 1,,here again thanks a lot me, your school was to the child over the last 2 years 庝Love and teaching another me very gratefully.
