我想問下,我可以填我老婆同佢前夫所生的細路落去我份報稅表度申請免稅額嗎?我老婆冇做野既,兩個細路同我地一齊住(13and12歲),而佢前夫已經搬左去大陸住,係香港唔會報稅.

1. Did your wife divoiced ( 完成了離 婚手續) with her former husband?2. Did you get married with your wife now with marriage certificate (現行結婚証明書)?
If yes, then you can claim the married couple allowance.
For child allowance, you have to get a formal legal doucment that the child were vetted to your wife or you. ( 由法庭判令之撫養權)
If yes, then you can claim the child allowances
