The Recipient hereby waives and will procure the waiver of all moral rights by relevant authors of any copyright works included in the Project Result the IPR in which either have been or will be granted by way of a licence to the Government by virtue of this Agreement, such waiver to operate in favour of the Government, its authorized users and licensees.
