There are monoatomic molecules, diatomic molecules and how do we call those made up of 3 atoms? And that made of 4? 5? 6? Thanks
更新1:

But when I search tri and tetra-atomic in wikipedia, none was found. Why?

No. of atoms that make up a molecule:
1: monatomic/monoatomic
2: diatomic
3: triatomic
4: tetraatomic
5: pentaatomic
6. hexaatomic

However, if the number of atoms is four or more, it is usually decsribed as a polyatomic molecule.
