請問..除了去做Gym n 買提股(pat pat) 短褲外
重有咩辦法防止pat pat 下垂?? 單靠做運動就得??邊隻運動至有效??

本人身高164cm 體重50KG 24歲以下 就係5鐘意做gym..跑步=.=" 5通真係無哂其他方法防止臀部下垂??@@"

做樓梯機, 但做時要注意上落樓梯的複度要大少少, 自己FEEL下要拉到PAT PAT D肌肉, 我見過人玩時行得好, 但上落複度好細步, 咁未必拉到PAT PAT D肌肉, 同埋唔知你肥唔肥, 如肥就一定要減左先, 唔係點做都無乜用, 因為D肥肉飛晒出黎, 都分唔到肌肉下垂定肥肉下垂, 係的話做多D帶氧運動, 消走多D肥肉先

Light weight/strange training is good, they can you tone your body shape, tighten the muscle, also help fight the osteoporsis. Once or twice per week, each group muscle should rest 2 days in between training, you can sign up for some classes or have a trainer to help you.
單靠做運動就得??
Diet plays an important part, low fat, low sodium. low sugar, high fiber diet is the best and healthy diet.
