First of all, your budget will be enough for covering the cost of living in Paris for 2 weeks. In Paris, usually you need to spend around 80 - 100 euro a day depends on your schedule. Including air ticket, it should be less than 25K. But it's only calculated base on a trip of Paris. If you go to other places, then you should prepare the cost of train as well.
