What is your favorite recipe for radish greens?

I used the radish root for salad. What do I do with the greens? I don't want to throw them away.

4 servings1/2 cup KRAFT Ranch Dressing 1/2 tsp. curry powder 6 oz. POLLY-O Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, drained, chopped 1 cup sliced peeled cucumbers 1/2 cup small pitted ripe olives 1/4 cup chopped red onions 3 medium radishes, sliced 1 bag (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens 1 pita bread, toasted, cut into bite-size pieces MIX dressing and curry powder until well blended.

COMBINE cheese, cucumbers, olives, onions and radishes in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.

ADD greens and pita pieces just before serving; toss to coat.

Hows abouts another salad?! Get a good old vinagrette going-like a lemon one-and toss it with the greenage and enjoy. Throw some other stuff in there too, like arugula.

soup

2 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, diced
2 medium potatoes, sliced
4 cups raw radish greens
4 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup heavy cream
5 radishes, sliced

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the onion, and saute until tender. Mix in the potatoes and radish greens, coating them with the butter. Pour in chicken broth. Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes.
Allow the soup mixture to cool slightly, and transfer to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Return the mixture to the saucepan. Mix in the heavy cream. Cook and stir until well blended. Serve with radish slices.

I've never eaten the greens ...... but I LOVE spicy radish sprouts on sandwiches and salads
