고객님의 pc환정 특성상 전송관리자를 수동설치 후 재부팅하여 이용해주셔야 정상적으로 이용이 가능합니나

Because of the special setting of your PC, you have to set the transfer mode (傳送管理者/전송관리자) to MANUAL mode (手動設置/수동설치) and then re-boot your computer before you could use it properly.
