Though I am not an English teacher,let me try my best! I hope it may help!

FIRSTLY (spelling mistake), invite your children best friends and their parents because they can take care OF (the preposition “of” should be followed) THEIR (for correct subject verb agreement, it should not be “her) CHILDREN (the word “children” itself is plural form) . Prepare a lot of good foods such as spaghetti, ice-cream, chicken wing and salad etc. PLAY (“make” means everything start from zero, we have to make it by ourselves) some interesting games.
I hope you will have an excellent PARTY (as there is just a party, no plural form) .
