Unfortunately, unless this venue receives state or federal funds, it can legally refuse to hold your wedding. There is no right to be a patron at an establishment unless that establishment receives state or federal funds. (Once they do this, then you can can claim state action and sue under the 14th Amendment.) This has actually been happening a lot in CA since the decision making it permissible for homosexuals to marry. Many vendors, including florists/bakers/etc. are not comfortable with the idea of same-sex marriages and are refusing the opportunity to service these events. I think, in time, they will come around. I would say to not even waste your money on a venue that doesn't seem to want you. It's their loss! Congratulations. Very exciting times!

Dumping = Sell goods in a foreign country for less than what is sold in their country. (same stuff different prices)

Two Part Tarriff = Costco In order for you to buy in costco you need to be in a membership. The more you buy the more rewards you get in the end of the year.
(more you buy the cheaper it becomes plus in order for you to buy goods you must pay to be a member)

Tie Ins Sales (bundling with a requirement) such as IBM requiring that you buy their cards if you lease their computers.
