It provides opportunities for participants to develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required of fully qualified secondary school teachers, together with an understanding of the responsibilities and obligations of belonging to the teaching profession. In addition, the programme seeks to foster a commitment of the participants to their pupils and to lifelong professional development.
