I and me
I is the subject of a sentence usually occurring at the beginning of the sentence, whereas me is the object of a sentence usually occurring at the end of the sentence, e.g., I like you vs. You like me.
my and mine
my is a possessive determiner followed by a noun, whereas mine is a possesive pronoun preceded by a noun, e.g., This is my book vs. This book is mine.
myself
It is a pronoun used as the object of a sentence with the subject referring to the same person, e.g., I looked at myself.
