According to all grammar bk, the above sentence is correct.

I am loooking forward to is a pharse, you must use verb+ing form. It is a special case, so, you must not use bare infinitive.

more e.g.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

I look forward to seeing you soon.
係to see you
因你係to後面要跟原形動詞

因個此 to 字不是 to-inf 的 to, 而是 preposition.
在 preposition 後一定用 noun, 好似
I go TO school.
She devoted herself TO her work.

Prep. 用來解釋 verb 同後面的 noun 的關係
但 to-inf 的 to 是用來講一個動作/ 一個目的, 好似
He goes to school. (Why?)
He goes to school to study.

如果唔係好明... I look forward to 是我好期待(某某/某物), 咁會用 noun.
