Hotel guest room pricing is impacted by various factors including:
1.Class of the hotel
2.Target clientele, whether F.I.T. or group tourists
3.Competition or competitors nearby
4.Seasonal, pricing varies much in high and low season
5.Strategic business plan, sometimes management has to lower room price in order to boost occupancy rate for certain reasons.
For a training hotel, pricing will be much simpler as the objectives of the hotel is more on education rather than revenue making like commercial ones. You may consider the rates of some 3-4 star hotels in the region.
