hi, in HK, u should say .... HK$3.2 = three dollars and twenty cents Hong Kong Dollar ... US$3.2 = three dollars and twenty cents US dollar
In USA, ppls only say ... HK$3.2 = three twently Hong Kong dollar, so simply, but not a good Enlgish.
