U know the Richard who introduces Juliet to the organization..
How come he doesn't age? He looked the same when John and Ben was young, and even now.

It's one of the mysteries that haven't been solved yet. It probablly have to do with the islands time.

I think he may be linked to Jacob, or might even BE Jacob.
