why in water denser, water should be run from lower to upper? Why this can give a better cooling effect? water flow slower, but rate of transfer of heat is same no matter water is run slow or fast...

condenser should be run from lower side to upper side. because this method can sure the condenser is filled with water completely.Otherwise, the condenser connot fill with water completely and cooling power is weak.
