MT programme questions: Assessment Center

Recently got into the second round of an MT programme (and interestingly, it's actually my first time ever getting into an MT selection process...), just wanna get some ideas of what would it be like at the Assessment Center?

I assume that there'll be quite a lot of group and individual activities but it would help so much to have a brief idea on what they are. Please give me some ideas as to how I should prepare myself.

Besides, of course I'd be very happy to hear from any current or ex-MTs, any advice you'd like to share with us applicants, or if you don't mind sharing your life and experiences as an MT with me...
