Yes, I always eat fast food during school lunch time. My mother needs to work every day (every day should be wrtten separately as you need an frequency averb to describe how often your mom works. Apart from [spelling error]that, I often give my soft drink to my friends and [have a glass of water instead].

Although my classmates and I know that (no “the” because you are talking about fast food in general) fast food are not healthy, we have no choice as we must have (no “a” because we do not need an article before breakfast, lunch and dinner, unless you add an adjective in front, e.g. a healthy breakfast, a quick lunch, a nice dinner, etc.) lunch everyday.

Hence, I just eat fast food which are more healthy, such as ( no some) fast food (no are) including (no few) some vegetables and fish. Apart from that, I often give my soft drink to my friends and I only drink a glass of water.
