我坐緊地鐵就唯唯諾諾咁應佢
話我對Discovery之類有興趣，以為有試閱
佢說明分期訂閱價錢，話預留左禮物，寄左Official Receipt去我e-mail
但我只係想俾錢試閱，根本冇諗過訂10期，見到10期個數就呆左
第二日佢問我幾時入錢
話有電話錄音即係有法律效力的agreement
條數一係我揹，一係個sales揹
而佢有我地址電話...
封reciept的內容:
Magazines International (Asia) Ltd is only acting as a agent for the publishers
and shall not be liable for any loss incurred and caused due to the default of the publishers and/or their designated agents. No refund will be entertained underany circumstances after business transaction completed.
我想問:
1.電話錄音=法律效力的agreement?尤其係個plan咁複雜，當真可以用電話完成交易?
2.佢地代理訂閱，話張單同禮物都唔可以cancel，真的嗎?
3.我應該點反駁佢地?

多謝Biu，我有confirm，亦應承左pay-in(佢有提過$5x一本)，但唔清楚total amount同有幾多期。 依照封reciept話"agent shall not be liable for any loss"，個sale話要自己揹數，係咪呃緊我呢?唔該哂。
