An about 4mmx6mm well-defined oval-shaped strongly echogenic focus is seen at right renal lower pole cortico-medullary junction, casting no definite shadowing. It could be a renal stone or vascular wall calcification. Suggest correlation with KUB. No other focal lesion can be detected in upper abdomen.

在右邊腎臟下端之皮髓交界可以見到一顆大約4毫米乘以6毫米的鵝蛋形的聲波對焦成像，外圍沒有清晰的陰影。這可能是腎石或者血管壁鈣化。建議與腎臟、子宮及膀胱造影比對。沒有在上腹探測到其他能成像的傷病。
