My colleague make a mistake. You cheque was in fact valid. Having a check with the bank that the cheque was cleared. In case you have issued another cheque and dropped into our mailbox, we will surely return it to you.

My colleague MADE a mistake. The cheque is OK. We have checked WITH the bank. AND the bank confirmed that the cheque has ALREADY been CLEARED.
If you have sent A NEW cheque INTO OUR mailbox, WE will return IT to you. Sorry for ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED!! PLEASE ACCEPT OUR APOLOGY.
