positive questions的問題

第一句當然不正確，這是因為
這句出現了兩個助動詞，isn't 和will
並且is若用在問句，是問”是否”，如：
Is it interesting?（它是否有趣？）
或問：某動作是否正在進行，如：
Are you reading the book?（你是否正在讀那本書？）
或形成：被動語氣的問題，如：
Is this photo taken by you?（這相是否你所拍的？）
看你的句子，絕不可用Is作為助動詞，用來發問問題（可留意主動詞是用visit），句子可改為：
Will Jill visit you this Sunday?（注：Sunday要大稭）

而第二句的主詞，並非women，而是women's committee，
凡committee, team, family, jury等集合名詞，都可以配單數形動詞，或複數形動詞，但意思稍有不同；配單數形動詞則視所有成員為一整體（既整個committee都看為一體），而配複數形動詞，則著重每一個不同的成員，如：
The jury were divided in their opinions.（陪審員意見不一：著重每個陪審員都有不同意見）
The jury was unanimous in its decision.（陪審團一致栽定：視為一體）
相信你也明白，為甚麼women's committee用has，是因為這committee被看為一個整體，而非著眼於每個成員

講呢句先啦。好簡單一個例子，如果 subject 係 the boys' mother，咁就係一個母親，唔係一班男仔。
所以呢句 subject 唔係 women，而係 women's committee，一個委員會。動詞要同主詞相配，所以應該用 has。
isn't Jill will visit you this sunday?
你講呢句意思係「Jill 今個星期會否探你」，可以用兩個方法講：
1. Isn't Jill going to visit you this Sunday?（呢個講法係「Jill 今個星期不是會探你嗎」，如果要講返上面o既意思，就應該用 Is 開頭）
2. Will Jill visit you this Sunday?
依家呢？你將兩個講法混淆左o黎用，變得不倫不類，所以就錯囉。

'isn't' and 'will' cannot co-exist in a simple question.
