How can I lose the belly fat from my stomach and sides?

I m 25 years old and working as software engineer. So i have to sit at my office at least 8 hours a day. And i can't cook for my lunch, always have lunch at office canteen. Have dinner at food stall with my bf :)
I m so worrying to become a fatty soon yet my weight doesn't increase (my weight: 90 lb).
But my stomach and sides of stomach getting fatter and look ugly.
Any one can advise me?
P.S the worst is that i don't do any sport or exercise :)

You should try walking or bike to work and make a simple lunch. A sandwitch is good too! by walking alot you can sweat and get thiner.

You can spot reduce, if you lose weight you stomach will lose fAt, but alsonyou arms, legs, face, etc.

To remove, burn or eliminate stomach fat and or love handles aka side fat, you must do cardio workouts.

running
jogging
swimming
jump rope
ellipticals
and treadmills
all for 1hr a day
you need to go on a healthy diet and drink 6 to 8 glasses of water.
Belly fat WILL NOT be an easy task though, I have been dieting for 1 month now, I've lost 18lbs yet my stomach fat and side fat are still there. I'm 19yrs old and I weigh 160.
you will need to be determined and patient, results will not magically appear until a few months, depending on how much you weight. Just don't feel discourage. making yourself feel and look better is harder then making yourself look horrible

A flatter tummy will be gained from strengthening your abdominal muscles from within, rather than lots of sit ups - sit ups will produce a bulkier muscle, hence a bigger belly.

Pilates exercises focus on strengthening your internal abdominal muscles. They tighten this area so that you are not only stronger, but the rest of your tummy sits a little better and looks flatter.

Try to find a good Pilates matwork class in your area.

Okay, I have given this advice before and the people I advised see results really fast, so here's what to do.

Eating:
ONLY drink WATER. (Not Daisani) Eat fruits, veggies, non-fried meat, eat fish (salmon), and a reasonable amount of carbs.

When you eat, eat SLOWLY. This alerts your brain faster that you are full and you won't eat extra food. Also, DO NOT eat in front of the TV. If you do, then it encourages you to keep eating until the show is over. Eat at a table AWAY from the TV.
Before a meal, have a small ROMAIN lettuce salad with veggies and a yummy, but low calorie dressing (I recommend WishBone.)
The salad helps to fill you up faster in a healthy way.
Eat enough food so that you are full after every meal. This will stop unnecessary snacking. If you feel like you must snack, snack on your favorite fruit.

Also, if you must have junk food, have frozen yogurt ice cream Häagen-Dazs brand. It's better for you than other brand ice cream. Or if you want Oreos or other cookies, if it's a big cookie limit yourself to only 1. If it's an Oreo, have only 2 or 3.

Exercise:
Exercise at least once everyday and everyday of the week.

This takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
When you wake up, do a few leg or side stretches and move around a little bit. Then do as many crunches as you can (shoot for 50). Then do oblique crunches like this. (20 on each side)

Follow that routine when you wake up and before you go to bed.

no exercise is a problem :P

eating at a food stall isnt that great either but honestly, the miracle cure is drinking water. lots and lots of water. it detoxes your system, flushes fat out and will help keep you lean
