Great modern Italian
They serve very good food -- Italian but I do not think those are traditional -- a bit modern (but I can't claim myself an expert of Italian food). I tried theor lamb, their Mediterranean shrimp and other stuffs, all very good.

Their wine list is great -- a bit expensive collection but as a hotel restaurant, still reasonable for the wine on the list. For those who do not want to spent a fortune on wine, their Italian is at a good value -- couple of good wine between $250 and $350 a piece.
