NOTICECleaning work of ventilation pipes in our office will be carried on xxx 2008 (Sunday). Staff is hereby reminded the following:
1. Locked your drawers
2. Placed all your plants into the conference room to avoid damages
3. During the work in progess, lots of dust will be expected. Please placed all your files inside file cabinets
