中五應屆會考生澳洲升學問題.....

1.如就我case黎睇,我過到去應揀讀foundation?foundation又會係讀d咩呢?
名校 FOUNDATION要 8 分, 會考四個 GRADE D. 不包括所有中文, 中史, 中國文學, 如SYDNEY U, UNSW, MELBORUNE U.
其他大學如 SIBT, MIBT收分比較低

3.澳洲讀醫學是否較著名?若唔揀讀醫,仲有d咩科目揀?有冇d咩大學介紹一下?
醫學SYDNEY UNI, MELBORUNE UNI 各 1 級大學有水準保證.
如其他人所說. 法律, 醫學畢業只是屬於澳洲律師公會或澳洲醫生公會. 如果香港執業要再考. 才能獲香港公會資格
工程公會互相承認, 所以直接在香港執業都OK!!!

如果醫學, FOUNDATION COUSE 要
醫學95%以上.
法律. 90%
工商管理. 80% 以上
IT, 工程. 75%
語文, 75%-70%

同會考差唔多. IELTS 5.5 或者 會考 GRADE C

無所謂. 澳洲升學講座都是商業EXPO推銷. 去唔去無所謂.
其實全澳洲最好得 6 - 8 間 U.

OK.. I'll try to answer some of your questions. I was an overseas student at Sydney before. so, hope these help.

There are many courses available in the foundation courses. Most commonly, people will take commerce or physical science. If you want to do Medicine, then you havae to take up science subjects for sure.

Each university's foundation course starting date differs. From my memory, University of New South Wales (Sydney), their next foundation course will start in October.

Australia's Medicine is not that famous. I think Melbourne University would be comparatively better in Medicine. BUT, it will take you 6 years to complete this degree, while in HK it's only 5 years. PLUS, if you want to practice in HK, you have to sit for HK's registration exam afterwards.

IELTS - you definitely have to sit for it. If you can do it beforehand.

Try seek for more info and help from IDP.

Australia citys - if you love the city, go to Sydney. If you love peace n quiet, got to Melb. If you love the sunshine go to Queensland. But I'd say either Syd or Melb, their university are more popular.
