Re : Request for assistance – XXX Concert

As I understand you are one of the organizer of the XXX Concert. Therefore I am seeking your assistance to see if you can help me in the following aspects :

1. Hotel room

Please advise whether there is any possibility for you to help us to get the best room rate for the organizer’s designated hotel. We have tried ourselves but we could not get any good price from the hotel. In fact I would like to know whether it is possible for you to get us ?? (how many) free rooms.

2. Tickets

Again we are facing a lot of difficulties in buying the tickets for the better locations. Is there any way for you to get ?? (how many) free or discounted tickets for us with the best locations ? (Please state the date if the concert is not only for 1 day)

I hope you can help us for the above since we really are not in a position as you to get above good conditions.
