Road to AICPA exam

1. I have a master's degree in financial management. Can I apply for AICPA exam?
2. If I successfully pass the exam but I don't want to quit my present job for practicing in audit firm, can I keep the qualification?

I am pretty sure you can take the CPA exam even though you have a master's degree in financial management, but the CPA exam board would require you to take up extra credits in accounting courses. You can view the application requirements and other related information from the official CPA exam site.
