因為客戶訂單數量小, 提貨和送貨費用貴, 所以要加價, 或最小訂單量需20,000個, 請問點寫, 個客比較容易接受. 用英文.

Owing to the ever-rising price of fuel, cost of transport has been increasing. With effective date 15 July 2008, we need to adjust the price of XXX to $yyy if the size of order is below 20,000 units to compensate for raising cost of transportation. If your orders reached us after the above-said date, new prices will be charged.
