Bulk Fabric has quality problem, write an email and sugest buyer to switch to another fabric.

已知悉貴司要在來緊的訂單做印花, 但現時布料成份是 silk/poly nature , 在silk/poly的布上印花效果會不理想 : 上色不均, 會有一點點白色顯現, 印花不美觀. .

由於silk/poly布的性質實在不適宜用作做印花, 故此我司建議貴司改用棉布, 棉布上色牢固, 印花的效果會美觀.

如貴司堅持用silk/poly做印花, 那麼貴司必須接受整批貨品印花上色不均的問題.

現附上用silk/poly布及cotton布做的印花swatch給貴司參考. 請貴司回覆

Re : Printing problem on fabric
We understand your company will use printed fabric for your upcoming order. We would like to let you know at the current material components of the fabric are : silk/polyester. Printing on this kind of material is a problem because the color will not be printed evenly on the fabric, and some white spots will appear which makes the printing looks not good.
Since the nature of silk/polyester is not suitable for printing, we would like to suggest your company to use cotton fabric instead. Cotton fabric can absorb the printing color firmly and the effect of printing will be very beautiful.
If you insist to use silk/polyester for printing, then please accept that there will be a problem of uneven printing color on the whole lot of goods.
I am now attaching printed swatches on cotton fabric and silk/polyester for your reference. Please kindly revert your decision after review.
