Facebook layout is more organized. The basic profile is mostly based on texts in the format of "Field: Attribute". Dynamic content likes animated gif, flash and audio are not permitted to show unless the user clicked on it. The layout is basically fixed except the relative ordering of different categories or applications, so most people's profile look the same. At least you installed third-party add-on for the browser, you have not much control on it, e.g. color theme.

Myspace has more flexibilities for the user to create their own profile layout, e.g. custom background image, all kinds of dynamic content, the color theme. As a result, many profiles look completely arbitrary, and in some cases, ugly.
