BNO好定特區護照好?

特區護照 is the best.
Although ur nationality is British when u are holding the BNO, u cannot stay/work/live in UK for a long time. that means u do not have any benifits as UK ppls.
Also there are many countries wavied tourist visa for 特區護照 holdering, it is more worth than BNO. BNO need to pay more to renew the passport too.

HKSAR Passport is a lot better than BNO, travel-wise, cos you're granted
visa-free access or visa-on-arrival when you travel to most countries.

Doesn't matter if your BNO has expired, you can always re-apply BNO
anytime you want, but the cost is steep. A 32-page BNO would now cost
you HKD$2,000+ , which quadruples what you would pay for HKSAR one.
