What brand of eyeliner pencil doesn't come off?

I've been using an eyeliner pencil that keeps coming off and it leaves a black curve line under my eye all the time. It's really embarrassing when people see that >.< I tried using liquid eyeliner, it works well and it doesn't come off, but my technique with it isn't as good as it is with an eyeliner pencil. It takes me an extra 10 mins to apply it on perfectly == Any recommendations of what brand of eyeliner pencil I can use that doesn't come off?

For the easiest one, you can try gel eyeliner.Clinique: $130 with a soft blush, five colour for you to choose
Kate: ~$100, you can find it easily in Watson's and ColourMix
Bobbie Brown: ~$250-300
Strongly recommend Clinique coz I use the black and brown colour. It never comes off from my oily face~

bobbi brown eyeliner gel...it lasts for >12 hours on my eyes without smudging/coming off!! i'll keep using it.

MAJOLICA_MAJORCA's eyeliner pencils are water and oil-proof~
u can also try KATE's eyeliner gel, it's very easy to use with the brush
plus it is not as hard to remove as liquid eyeliner =)
