- watch more funny movies, make yourself have a good laugh.
- try to do something you like, like some sports.
- you can write out your moody thoughts on the paper, it is kind of method to release your stress .
-listern to some light music and some happy sonys that you will sing with it.
-check online about how other peoples deals with their major depressive problems, it will helps.
