Is my address written correctly in English language?

2008-07-13 3:01 pm
No 30
Shan Alley
After Mirdon Street
Africa Street

Notice: Africa is a long street. Mirdon Street is another street crossing Africa street. I don't know I must tell: After Mirdon Street or Above Mirdon Street or anything else? I want to make my referrals to pass Mirdon street along walking the Africa Street.

Could you please rewrite my address in a correct format.

Thanks

While you're giving out your address over the internet why not just include GPS coordinates and leave some details about when you're not going to be there.

Wow! These are all correct! You did a very good job translating these by yourself, especially when you're teaching yourself! Yes, nie can sometimes take the place of nein. Yes, it's slang.. Good luck with your German (so far you're doing amazing)! XD

No 30, Shan Alley
(at Africa Street; after Mirdon Street)

Don't forget to include city, country, and any postal code (if there is one) as well. Not here though! Don't put your full address on here :)

What the hell man.
Now I know where you are located.

Mr. John Smith
30 Shan Alley
City, State, Zip Code
Country

If the person lives at 30 Shan Alley - that is his address - you shouldn't have to put the other crossing streets in the address.
The post office should know by the number and street exactly where this location is for delivery of a letter.
You would only add the country if it is being sent out of the country you are mailing from.

I don't know what parts go where, because I don't live in your country.
In america
it is
house number, street, direction South,North, East, West, or SE etc
apartment number is you have one.
city, state and zip code.
thats all I can help you with

Addresses are all difficult, but this is the most common way I've seen it in the USA

####(number of house) ____________ (Name of street, road, highway, etc.)
city, state (zip code)

for example

1000 Butler Dr.
Sunnyvale, FL 02950
2008-07-13 3:05 pm
uhhh.. I'm really confused.
But that is not how you write an address. I'll lay it out for you.

Address number, Street Name
City, State Name, Zip Code

YOU ONLY need a comma after the city. (i inserted commas everywhere else to separate the labels)
