something? Can I use a thermometer?

優格 = 乳酪吉利T, 吉利丁 = 魚膠粉
果糖我沒記錯的話好像就是麥芽糖...@@
以上的普通supermaket就有~
你可以買煮食用的thermometer用~ 不過好像要在專買做蛋糕材料的店子才有, 約$60~$100一支
(雖然有點廢話...不過也提提你不能用給人探熱的thermometer啊...)

優格 = plain yoghurt
吉利T = gelatine
和吉利丁 = gelatine
those of items can search from supermarket.
果糖在香港叫做 candy
you must use thermeometer to check the temperature accurately, especially use for the sugar boiling in the candy making, it is very important.
pls specify which book you brought, may share with you more in my experience
