Dv begginer!!!! Help.....

HI guys

I have got a panasonic HDC-HS9 DV from japanese friend(NTSC Version). I have few problems and hope someone can help me.
1) I could not see in my TV when DV directly was connnected to TV. There was some black line flipping,moveing up and down. It is Pal or NTSC system problem??

2) How can transfer motion pitures to computer and burn to DVD?

3) Can i use MAc to burn out DVD?

4) if I want to burn DVD, do i need to swtich to Pal version or region code something?

* sorry guys, Coz the user guide is in Japanese, I couldn't understand..

1. it should not be a problem. will u consider abt the DVD-player is out of order?

2. base on where ur motion pictures come from. if it s already computer format, eg. .avi, .mov, .mpg, u can burn it to DVD by Toaster/ iDVD(which mac built-in)

3. if ur mac got a DVD-ROM, yes.

4. DVD just got region code & no such PAL/NTSC. region code could set by urself from burning software's setting.
