Can you close down the company that you applied for L1, while the green card is being processed?

we heard that the green card is going to come down in a month or so. Are we gonna just"dissapear" if we close the company?

The company was the reason you were allowed to come here. You close the company, you no longer have any justification for the visa, and no basis for the green card. Go home.
